FAQ

What is a Virtual Run?

A Virtual Run is a self motivated race that can be completed in your own time, place and pace. You can run, walk, jog, crawl if you like. You can run on the road, in the country or on a treadmill, just complete the distance to win the medal.

Who can enter a Virtual Run?

Virtual races are suitable for everyone, those who love running, those wanting to keep fit, young people, old people, anyone who wants to win a medal for achieving their goal without the pressure of signing up to a big event and being tied to a time and date

How do I submit my evidence ?

There are many running apps available on the app stores (Strava, Map My Run, Runkeeper etc). Simply download a running app and use it to track your run. Screenshot your run when you have completed it and upload a screenshot of your run summary on your Joined Event Page. You need to upload it base on the event that you participate. But you need to login to your account first. A photo of a treadmill or watch display is absolutely fine.

What if my app didn't record my run or I don't have a screenshot?

That's fine, we understand that these things happen. We are sure no one would claim a medal that they haven't earned. Fill out the submission form anyway and you will still receive your medal.

How long do I have to complete my run?

Unless stated otherwise, our events should have their date line, although if it takes longer to complete you will still be able to claim your medal. However, the quicker youcomplete your progress, the quicker you can get to work on your next one!!
